High Performance Cyclones
More powerful, high performance, low cost Sternvent Cyclones now have the fan located on the clean air side for safety and maintenance. The high inlet velocity and long taper cone design is ideal for plastic cutting.

Stervent high efficiency Cyclone dust collectors provide an economical method for controlling large particles. A range of nine basic models from 800 CFM to 15,000 CFM allows the selection of the right sized Cyclone for each application. All models, from 2 HP to 75 HP can exhaust outside, or, when equipped with a Sternvent after-filter, can save on fuel costs by recirculating air indoors. Designed for demanding industrial manufacturing, dust and chips are centrifugally separated from the air stream. Dust disposal options include one or two 55-gallon drums, hopper, or rotary airlock.

With the fan on the clear air side, abrasive dust chips, shavings and other foreign materials are centrifugally separated and collected before the air reaches the fan. This virtually eliminates the threat of loading or breakage, which can cause expensive repairs and costly downtime.
