Table Saw Alignment Made Easy
The SuperBar will quickly and easily identify the ten crucial table saw adjustments needed to guarantee accurate cuts, eliminating tedious trial and error test cuts. Proper alignment of the table saw requires components to be adjusted accurately to the table saw miter slot. The SuperBar is positioned in the miter slot and glides the full length of the table, allowing the user to visually observe the precision dial indicator readings and make adjustments as required. The on-board Dial Indicator reads to one-thousandths of an inch. Now you can tune your table saw fast.
The MasterPlate can align, calibrate, tune and troubleshoot table saws, compound miter saws, radial arm and chop saws. Saw blades are made for cutting, not aligning and calibrating your equipment. The saw blade has limited surface to measure because of the carbide teeth, gullets, anti-noise slots and pitch build up on the blade. All these factors restrict its use as a setup tool. The MasterPlate is a solid 6" x 10" x ¼" thick aluminum "tool makers" quality plate, precision ground flat to within thousandths of an inch.
