Semi-Automatic Bending Machine
Edge Finisher Co. offers the new FBM semi-automatic machine for the large production of bending items from thin plastic sheets. The FBM heats all thermoplastic rigid sheets like PVC, PETG, with a thickness of 0.4 to 1 mm. It comes equipped with two independently temperature controlled heating elements mounted in the upper frame. Distance between the elements is adjustable from a minimum of 45 mm to a maximum of 420 mm. The machine is also equipped standard with a vacuum for holding down the material that has to be bent and an automatic, adjustable speed transport system for conveying the formed items.
