KBA, Inc. announced the addition of Drew C. Knight to its sales staff. Mr. Knight brings 18 years of experience to KBA.

C.U.E., Inc. manufacturers of a full line of polyurethane products including sheet, bar, rod and tube, custom molded parts and Hardliner ® sheet goods, added Dave McNeely of DA-MAC Sales to represent their products in California, Arizona and Nevada. This is an addition to their representation by Pentek Industrial in the Northeast and The Tandem Group in the Midwest.

The Plastics Group Inc. expanded its territory and product offerings to its sign industry and mechanical plastics distribution customers adding California, Oregon and Washington for several of the manufacturers they represent. New manufacturers include: Amerimax, B&F Plastics, Garland Manufacturing Co., Laminations and Symplastics.

The Leading Edge announced that they are now representing MannaFlon, Sota Precision Optics and Sumner Labs on the West Coast. MannaFlon manufactures both virgin and mechanical grade PTFE in extruded and molded rod. They also supply filled materials. Sota Precision Optics supplies thin gauge Polycarbonate film in both sheet and roll stock. Sumner Labs manufactures a plastic cleaner/polish and scratch remover.

PLASTIConsultants PLUS offers a chance to turn excess/surplus inventory into cash. They will act as a clearinghouse for distributors and manufacturers unwanted items by maintaining a running inventory of products and will help liquidate them at no charge. Sheffield Plastics Inc. announced the appointment of John Skalla to the position of Area Manager for the Chicago, Great Lakes, and Central Territories.

Reynolds Polymer Technology, a global supplier of cast acrylic shapes, recently created two new positions to help them diversify their product line and expand into new markets. Keith Long has been hired as the Director of Commercial Sales / Americas. He brings over 20 years of plastics industry experience. Also, Kyle Jones was recently promoted to Commercial Products Operations Manager. In his new position, Jones will oversee order fulfillment, inventory management and monitor material flow in the commercial products division.

AIN Plastics, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dirk S. Dijkstra as General Manager of the company’s Northeast Region, headquartered in Mt. Vernon, NY. Dijkstra will have overall regional sales, marketing and operational responsibility for the company’s Mt. Vernon, NY, Canton, MA, and Lancaster, PA facilities.

The CB Tool Group based out of San Jose, CA has appointed Roy Takemoto President of the Group. Co-founder Charles Burback will continue with the company as Chairman and CFO. Bryan Bernier has been appointed Sr. Vice President.

A&C Plastic Products, Inc., a polycarbonate and acrylic sheet manufacturer, has recently named Randy Blankenship as Branch Manager of the company’s Colorado Springs branch. Mr. Blankenship is a 19-year veteran of the plastics industry. A&C also recently recognized Keith Gaddis for ten years of service. Mr. Gaddis is responsible for sales and account management in A&C’s Houston office.

Suntuf Inc., a supplier of flat and corrugated thermoplastic sheets, added Jim Larkin as Product Manager for flat sheet manufactured products, systems and accessories. Also, Tony Dimascio has moved to outside sales covering east of the Rockies and Andy Nelson has been added to outside sales for the western region.
