Marketing for Quintax CNC Routers “This 8’ x 15’ single moving table machine was custom engineered for very accurate trimming and finishing required for aircraft acrylic canopies. There are a number of unique features on this machine; among them are the GE Fanuc 15” M controller and the rolling ballnut design table drive.” Other features of this custom 5-axis machine are: 16 hp, HSK tool change style, liquid cooled 24,000 rpm spindle with encoder, composite filled uprights and bridge tube, 60” Z clearance, AC digital servo package, gear set on rotary axes, high-flow plenum vacuum table with aluminum top, 40 hp Dekker vacuum pump, automatic tool setter, Boelube advanced atomized system, 8-station servo-driven rotary
style toolchanger and full machining envelope. Quintax CNC Routers offers single and twin table CNC routers with bridge clearances from 30” to 60” as well as a wide selection of stems and safety features. Customers can select from various CAD/CAM packages available. All machines come with complete laser calibration and report. The hardware and software offered supports multiple reverse engineering devises such as; digitizing arms, scanners and other probes. IntelliSense™ teach pendant, tool setter and various lubrication systems are also available.
