Single Flute Router Bits For Plastic

Micro 100 announced the introduction of a series of high speed, solid carbide routers for efficient machining of plastic and composite materials. MICRO 100 products are top performers in the marketplace.

These single flute routers feature optimized rake and clearance angles to produce the highest material removal rates with improved surface finishes. The innovative single flute end mill geometry avoids chip melting and chip re-welding problems. The unique open flute design is polished to a mirror-like finish.

Cutter diameters are available from 1/16” to 1/2” with shank diameters from 1/8” to 1/2”. Overall lengths are 1 1/2” to 3”.
