Sheffield Plastics added Bill
Pelke to their Sales Team as the
Field Development Manager for the
Western US and Western Canada.
Pelke brings a wealth of knowledge
in not only sheet and resins but also
working with high-end polymers.
Also, Joanne C. Keenan has
been appointed to the newly created
position of Inside Sales and
Distribution Services Manager. She will manage the
customer service teams of both Sheffield Plastics and
Bayer Films Americas and be the direct interface
between the customer base and Bayer as it relates to
logistics, freight and e-commerce
initiatives at both operations.
Chuck Thompson has been
named the director of new business
development for Transilwrap Company,
Inc.
Thompson will be responsible
for researching new business
opportunities both domestically and
internationally and identifying the
current needs of emerging markets
and future trends for Transilwrap.
Interstate Plastics, Inc. announced the promotion of
Mike Feld to the newly created corporate position of
Sales Development Manager. Feld was formerly the
branch manager at the Sacramento facility and will continue
to work out of the corporate offices located there.
His responsibilities will include growing the sales of key
products throughout their branch network. Laurie Luber,
a 17 year veteran of the sales staff, replaces Feld as the
Sacramento Branch Manager. Phyllis Byers has been
hired to replace Luber.
Interstate has also re-hired Jeramie Jones to further
develop their value-added business, Plastic Machining
Company, primarily focused on power transmission products
and machined parts.
Curbell Inc. announced that
Harrison Kelly has joined the
Executive team as the Director of
Quality Management Systems. In
this position,
Dr. Kelly will
be responsible
for Curbell’s
global quality
systems.
Curbell also announced the promotion
of
Jeff Burke to the position
of Sales & Market Manager for the
Western New York Branch location.
Komo Machine has added Charles Zajaczkowski as its
new President. Zajaczkowski most recently served as the
president of Future Coatings, where he is credited with
streamlining operations, building an outstanding customer
service oriented team and focusing on strategic
growth markets.
James P. McCormick joined Cope Plastics Inc. of
Godfrey, IL as General Manager, Graphics Market. He will
work with all sixteen Cope Plastics locations in the
Midwest.
Boon Richards, President of Boon Richards Sales
Incorporated, announced that he now represents
Nylacast Ltd., manufacturers of monomer cast nylons and
American Louver Plastics solid, multi-wall and corrugated
polycarbonate products in TX, OK, NM, AR and LA.
Nylatech, Inc., manufacturers of
cast nylon 6 and 6/12 shapes,
added Lori Burbridge as Sales
Support Administrator.
Brian P. Kelly has been appointed
distribution channel manager for
heavy gauge sheet in Eastman’s
Specialty Plastics Business Organization.
Kelly will develop and maintain
relationships with key distributors
in the current sheet and sign distribution channel to
fulfill Eastman’s end-users.
