High Speed CNC Machining Center
Hendrick introduces
a high
speed CNC machining
center for
routing, boring and
tapping acrylic,
phenolic, mechanical
plastic materials
and non-ferrous
metals such
as aluminum, copper,
brass and
bronze.
Tables accommodate machining of small parts up
through large sheet sizes. A high torque reversible AC
spindle with variable
speed from 1
- 6000 rpm is utilized
for machining
threads in routed
or drilled holes. Combination
drill/tap tooling allows
machining of
tapped holes in
one pass. The machine
tool controller
includes automatic programming. Simply input
hole locations, diameter, thread pitch and depth. Rapid
traverse speeds of up to 2,000 inches per minute
between locations are available. This feature can be
ordered with all Hendrick CNC Routers.
