SDC Technologies Inc. (SDC), a California-based global supplier of functional surface technologies, coatings and materials, announced the company has been purchased by The Compass Group International LLC and the management team. SDC is a leading developer of proprietary, high-performance coating systems for application to plastic and glass materials. No changes to SDC’s senior management team are planned as a part of the acquisition.
