5-Axis CNC Routers

Diversified Manufacturing Inc. (DMI) manufactures 5- axis CNC Routers that feature heavy-duty thick walled tube frame construction, providing a rigid structure that dampens vibration and assures long-term accuracy and repeatability.

Strength and precision are built into the rotary axes with high accuracy direct drive gear sets further reducing vibration and ensuring consistent alignment, increased tool life and cut quality.

Rotating ball-nuts are used on the X- and Y-axes to eliminate lead screw whip, provide increased stability, accuracy and machining feedrates. Options include continuous C axis, 48” to 60” of Z travel, 12 station servo driven tool changers and much more.

DMI’s fixed-bridge CNC routers are available in four standard models with single or double moving table configurations. Enclosed gantry models are also available.
