SUNTUF Changes Name

SUNTUF, Inc., a division of Palram Industries, will take on its corporate name and be known as Palram Americas. Palram Americas will continue as a division of Palram Industries, the world’s largest manufacturer of corrugated polycarbonate products and internationally ranked as the third largest producer of polycarbonate products.

Palram Americas has experienced rapid growth since opening its North American manufacturing plant in 2001. In August of this year it expanded its space and doubled the size of its headquarters. The corporation has also purchased eight acres of land adjacent to its North American headquarters to build a second plant scheduled for completion in third quarter 2005.

Separately, Palram PALSUN, SUNTUF and SUNLITE polycarbonate sheets now carry The Skin Cancer Foundation Seal Of Recommendation throughout North America. They block out 99.9% of both UV-A and UV-B rays.
