Marine Fabrication Guide

Compression Polymers Corp. and Vycom Corp. have announced the completion of a new fabrication guide for their marine products, Seaboard™ and Celtec® Marine Board. The four page guide shows customers how to handle and process sheet materials, calculate for thermal expansion and contraction and provides tips for machining and fastening. The fastening section includes information on screw and staple holding power as well as adhesives for bonding the materials to themselves or other substrates.

The guide includes a worksheet to calculate expansion and contraction, as well as a list of associated equipment and adhesive suppliers.
