Vertical Panel Saw Improved

Colonial Saw announced the introduction of a new and improved Optisaw Vertical Panel Saw from Striebig. The Optisaw Standard features many upgrades not found on competitive saws and builds on the solid foundation and Swiss quality of the original Optisaw. The all-welded steel frame provides excellent rigidity and stability, making it suitable for free-standing as well as wallmounted installation. Sheets up to 14’1” x 5’6” can be accommodated with ease.

The saw is loaded with convenience and features including: a two-section mid-shelf with adjustable fingers for small parts; an automatic, mechanically shifting support grid with replaceable plastic laths; a full-length measuring channel with English and metric scales and a TRK dust-collection system.

The saw’s 7 1/2 hp motor is equipped with a motor brake, Y-Delta soft-starter and noisereducing insulation. The saw head can automatically plunge for ease of cutting tall panels. Colonial Saw is the exclusive North American distributor of Striebig Vertical Panel Saws.
