Plastic Extrusion Welder

Extrusion welding has never been easier or more affordable. Leister introduced the Fusion 2 plastic extrusion welder; a truly compact, hand-held, plastic welding tool that is ideal for fabricating PP/PE tanks, pipes, bins or plastic equipment. Repairing punctures, cracks or voids is easy; everything from food bin containers to poly tanks can be quickly repaired. Leister’s Fusion 2 extruder is portable and lightweight; job site projects are easily completed. The Fusion 2 features integrated electronics for step-less adjustment for both preheating temperature and output quantity up to1.8 kg/h or 3.96 pounds (HDPE) per hour. The Fusion is equipped with electronic drive protection, rotating welding shoes and the twistfree feed takes 1/8” or 5/32” plastic welding rods. Leister’s Fusion 2 is easy-to-use and affordably priced under $3,000.
