appointment of Randall Nesbit as
Senior Marketing Specialist. Nesbit
will be an important participant in the

NIBCO’s Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer Rex Martin announced
that the NIBCO Board of Directors
has elected Steven Malm as its new
President and Chief Operating Officer. Malm acquires the
day-to-day responsibilities of running the business which
had been formerly overseen by Rex Martin who was
named President in 1986.
NIBCO also recently promoted Tom Eisele to Senior
Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel and Alice A.
Martin has been named Vice Chairman and Chief People
Officer. Reporting to Malm are Jerry Whiteford, who was
promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer and Gary Wilson, who was promoted to Senior
Vice President and Chief Technology Officer.

joined as Product/Process Development Engineer responsible
for optimizing core products and processes while
leading the innovation of new value-added grades of
polyurethane and elastomeric film and sheet. Also added
is Roger Kahler as a staff Sales and New Business
