Porter Process, a full service fluoropolymer etching solutions provider, introduced Prime Etch® Plus, the newest addition to its line of popular Prime Etch® products.

Prime Etch Plus is a safe, fully supported, do-it-yourself etching compound offering the convenience and affordability that outsourcing does not. The products’ sodium naphthalene compound allows the user a darker, deeper, more powerful room temperature surface bond while ensuring material properties remain largely unaffected. Porter Process offers complete technical support to ensure the user feels comfortable at every step of the in-house etching process. Gallon, quart or pint size containers are available.

Porter Process also offers full service sodium ammonia etching in its ISO 9001:2000 certified facility in Hatfield, PA, treating continuous rolls, flat sheet or three-dimensional parts.
