Custom Profile Solutions

An expanded range of difficult nylon and acetal profile co-extrusions and single extrusions is available from HPE Extrusion Solutions, Inc. in exact custom configurations specified by customers.

The plastic parts, made from in-house custom dies, can be designed, developed and produced to meet a customer’s complete requirements for profiles, type of resin, quantity, colors and other specifications. Difficult profiles up to seven inches meet a wide range of applications in almost every industry - from bird patches and garage door seals to truck parts.

Experienced in-house custom die-making can furnish both complex and more conventional configurations HPE will work with customers to develop the most compatible thermoplastic material, design innovative extrusions and coextrusions, manufacture custom dies, and produce finished tight tolerance pieces in high and low volumes, as required.
