High-Speed Trimming

Quintax designs and manufactures a complete line of industrial 3- and 5-axis CNC routers for accurate, high-speed trimming, cutting and shaping of plastics, composites, carbon-fiber, non-ferrous metals and wood. Choose from several models of single or twin table machines, that can be operated individually or as a synchronized unit, in standard table sizes up to 12’ x 12’ and bridge clearances up to 60”. Rigid construction features bridge, columns and bases that are precision machined to insure precision alignment of ways and ballscrews. The three linear axes are driven by precision ballscrews and power is supplied to the high torque, AC brushless servo motors via digital drives with absolute encoder feedback to the CNC controller for precise position and speed control. Machines feature Fagor CNC controls, high-resolution 3-D color graphics, machine diagnostics, ethernet port and a built-in hard drive for easy on-board storage of part programs.
