New Multi-walled Sheet

POLISNAKE is a new and exclusive style of multiwalled sheet from CO-EX Corporation. Utilizing years of expertise in the polycarbonate extrusion industry, POLITEC engineers developed the technique necessary to configure the undulating channels which form the POLISNAKE panel. The sheets feature all the properties you expect from a premier polycarbonate panel; high load resistance, minimal weight, excellent light transmission and more. Aesthetically these panels offer the architect a noteworthy approach to design solutions, with a distinctive wave-look available only with POLISNAKE.

Compared with sheets of the same weight and thickness, the POLISNAKE structured sheet allows for an increase in loading of up to 60%. Due to unique reflection and refraction characteristics of the sheeting, light transmission does not decrease, but actually intensifies Each distinctive channel traps air, creating an excellent thermal barrier from the exterior side of the sheet to the interior side.

D.I.Y. Multi-wall

Click 16 is the perfect product for the do-it yourselfer. Recently introduced by CO-EX Corporation, it is ideal for glazing and roofing in patios, greenhouses, carports, pool enclosures, penthouses, office partitions and more. The assembly is so simple that CLICK 16 can easily be installed with standard tools. Simply cut panels to desired length, tape the edges to seal, screw in place, snap in next panel and repeat. The 4-wall construction of Click 16 is thermally efficient, and saves on heating and cooling costs. The 4 walls also add to the strength of the sheet, yet offer high light transmission. Acting like a sunblock, Click 16 is opaque to UV rays, protecting patio furniture, vehicles, etc. from the harmful effects of the sun. Panels are just 9” wide and fit easily into cars.
