Rail Saw

Hendrick's HPS Panel Saw, commonly referred to as a rail saw, is plasticís original panel saw. The HPS comes in a wide range of manual and automatic over table models. The machine is an ideal production solution for cutting a wide variety of plastics in any fabrication environment. The saw features 5 hp or 7.5 hp blade motors on precision polished steel rails. The Hendrick HPS is available in cut lengths of 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 feet at up to 1,000 inches per minute. Hendrick offers many options such as variable speed automatic saw travel, pneumatic pressure beam and chip evacuation. New features include an optional PLC based control system with or without HMI touch screen offering onboard diagnostics, custom machine colors, as well as custom machine configurations.
