Dekorem Joins KYDEX®

KYDEX, LLC, the U.S.-based manufacturer of KYDEX® thermoplastic sheet, announced the addition of Dekorem to its network of authorized distribution partners worldwide. Dekorem is based in Istanbul, Turkey.

KYDEX, LLC, formerly known as Kleerdex Company, LLC, was formed in 1987 and has since grown its KYDEX® sheet brand internationally. The company’s headquarters and ISO-certified major manufacturing operations, customer service and R&D facilities are located in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.

For almost a decade, Dekorem (www.dekorem.com) has distributed vinyl, fiberglass, PVC, PP and melamine products for applications including wall coverings, membrane sheets, floor coverings and furniture wrappings. In addition to serving the membrane pressing industry throughout Turkey, Dekorem distributes across a vast region including Ukraine, Iran, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Egypt, Syria and other neighboring countries.

Designed for durability and manufacturing flexibility, KYDEX sheet is suited to applications requiring such properties as fire retardance, chemical resistance, excellent formability and high impact resistance. KYDEX® 3D laminates are used in a wide range of commercial and high traffic applications, and are highly resistant to chipping, cracking and breakage.

All conventional forming methods can be used with KYDEX® sheet products. Additionally, the company offers fast setup and production with the ability to cost-effectively handle small runs, short lead times and custom colors.
