Colorful Recreation and Playground Materials

Vycom, a world leader in Olefin and PVC solutions for a quarter of a century, features Playboard™ a family of colorful HDPE sheet products for playground and recreational uses. Easy to fabricate and clean, Playboard materials are UV stable, resistant to moisture, scratches and vandalism and will not delaminate, chip or swell. These features make Playboard perfect for modular playground systems, ice rinks, skate and theme parks, outdoor cabinetry and furniture and outdoor signage. Playboard is available in seven bold colors including white.

As part of the Playboard family, Polycarve™ is a unique multi-colored HDPE material with different core and outside layer colors, so that when it’s routed the core color becomes visible. With the same UV resistance as Playboard, Polycarve adds a dazzling dimension to playground systems, outdoor signage, metric boards and resort or theme park amusements. Polycarve is available in five dual-color combinations.

Both materials are compliant with CPSIA, RoHS and most are FDA compliant. Custom colors and sizes are available upon request.

Vycom recently launched a “family” approach of grouping products by application, making selection and purchasing easier for customers. The company now has six distinct product families serving a diverse mix of markets.
