High-speed Digital Express

MultiCam Inc., a global CNC cutting system manufacturer, announced the High-Speed Digital Express as a new product offering. This affordable, configurable, digital finishing system is the fastest production machine on the market. It provides features normally available on more expensive cutting systems.

“We designed the Digital Express to be a versatile, affordable platform for high-speed digital finishing at speeds up to 7000 inches per minute,” said John Harris, MultiCam’s director of sales and marketing. “It represents a major breakthrough in productivity for our customers.”

A fast, wide-format, sheet-feed or conveyorized cutting platform, the Digital Express combines high-speed digital registration with powerful routing and knife-cutting capabilities. MultiCam’s EZ Control is one of the most powerful yet easy-to-use motion-control systems on the market.

Other features include an all-steel, stress-relieved, precision- machined base frame and high-flow vacuum table. Cut capacity is 2 inches (50 mm). Optional accessories expand the abilities and ease of use of the Digital Express.
