Rowmark Completes Expansion and New Extrusion Line

Rowmark LLC announced the completion of a new 20,000 square foot building expansion to its manufacturing facility in Findlay, Ohio. This expansion represents Rowmark’s continued growth as a world-class plastic sheet and roll stock producer to a diversified customer base. The additional 175' x 75' facility houses Rowmark’s new 120" monster extrusion line called the “The Beast”. Other new processing and drying equipment has been added, along with additional storage and advanced testing facilities.

The successful completion of this large project in less than a year’s time marks an important milestone for Rowmark’s business and manufacturing capabilities. “The Beast” is one of the largest custom sheet extruders of its kind and Rowmark’s largest line yet, producing one, two and three-ply sheet materials up to 10 feet wide.

The new extrusion line will largely service Rowmark’s Premier Material Concepts (PMC) Division. Rowmark President and CEO Duane Jebbett said, “The Beast gives us new and exciting capabilities to service our growing list of current and new PMC customers. This state-of-the-art equipment will be a significant competitive advantage for our customers and will give us the ability to meet their growing needs.”

PMC specializes in custom plastic extruded sheet and roll stock products and is a leading supplier of TPO materials to the thermoforming industry.
