Medical Grade Polypropylene
Polystone® P MG is a compression molded polypropylene that is manufactured by a unique heat stabilization process. The state of the art material is easily machined and is specifically designed for surgical trays and caddies due to its excellent dimensional stability, resistance to steam autoclaving and low moisture absorption.

Now introducing a brighter white color for an even better appearance to meet the preferences of hospitals and surgeons. In addition Polystone® P MG can be laser marked and is USP Class VI and FDA compliant.

The material is manufactured as large sheets and then cut to standard sizes. They not only offer standard sizes in 24” x 48” and 40” x 48” but also as a 48” x 120” sheet. The larger sheet dramatically improves the part yield and reduces handling time during machining. Even larger sizes, as well as custom widths and lengths are also available upon request.

The material offers excellent dimensional stability, resistance to steam autoclaving, is laser markable and has low moisture absorption.
