New Color Library
KYDEX, LLC announced the launch
of a new 64-color library intended
to bring creative design concepts
to life while maintaining brand consistency.
The new color library, created
by renowned KYDEX design
consultant David Scott, expands
KYDEX’s industry-leading custom
color matching capabilities for customers
in the fields of aviation,
mass transit, retail and medical
devices, among other industries, by providing clients with a
more robust foundational design palette.
“We recognize that color is at the center of every design
concept and that it is our job to inspire our customers to
push the envelope when it comes to their designs,” said
Jim Medalie, President of KYDEX, LLC. “The new color
palette will help designers realize their vision, and reinforces
our commitment to helping them reach their goals.”
The new color palette expands KYDEX’s color capabilities,
which formerly included a 36-standard color library.
KYDEX’s new color offering includes six coordinated collections,
each with its own unique character and individual
story. With names like Tangents, Tempest, Impulse and
Resolve, each collection helps determine color compatibility
and can be mixed and matched in any combination.
Each color comes in a variety of compounds, textures and
finishes, creating a product that translates accurately to
real-world conditions for use in aircraft and mass transit
interiors, medical equipment, and store fixtures.
KYDEX will continue to expand its custom color capabilities
later this spring with the launch of its new designLab.
In step with its mission to serve as a trusted and collaborative
partner, the new designLab provides a hands-on
environment where KYDEX designers can work directly
with clients to bring distinctive design visions to life.
