Non-Metallic Washers

Custom die cut, non-metallic washers which are manufactured from a wide range of materials that each feature specific properties to match OEM application requirements at a fraction the cost of metal washers are being introduced by Interstate Specialty Products, Inc. of Sutton, Massachusetts.

Interstate Non-Metallic Washers are precision die cut from materials such as ABS, acetal, Delrin®, Nylatron®, PTFE, vulcanized fiber, Kapton®, Nomex®, nylon, Mylar®, phenolic, polycarbonate, polyester, polyethylene, and rubber. Each material features a specific combination of properties to exactly match requirements for abrasion, acoustics, lubricity, wear, weight, and cost.

Available in sizes from 0.100” O.D. up from 0.005” to 0.125” thick with tolerances of ±0.010” or better, the washers can be produced within 1-5 days, depending upon the ma te rial.

Utilizing digital dieless cutting which eliminates tooling charges, these washers feature superior edge quality. Applications include compressors, pumps, and valves.
