Nylatech is excited to introduce two new members to their Sales and Customer Care department. Krystal Patterson Garcia comes to Nylatech with a background in printing, marketing, and graphic design, which includes twenty years of customer service. Serenity Clark grew up in Ferndale, Washington, and has lived there most of her life. She enjoys helping achieve her customers goals in any way she possibly can, and strives to have great customer service.

Röchling announced changes to their outside sales team. Monica Holloway, currently covering Southern California, will be expanding her responsibilities to the Mountain States (AZ, NM, CO, NV, UT) and Joshua Crabb will be joining their outside sales team to cover the Texas territory (TX, LA, OK). Crabb has nine years of experience as an inside/outside sales representative in the steel industry.
