Rowmark LLC announced the hiring of Chris Holland
as Business Development Manager. Prior to joining
Rowmark, Holland spent eight years at Stabilit America in
Moscow, TN, most recently as Polycarbonate Product
Manager. Throughout his career, Holland has more than
18 years of experience in the plastics industry with various
companies.
Foust Marketing, Inc. announced the addition of
Americo Ramirez, Jr. to their organization. He brings
industry knowledge and sales experience to their team.
His excellent attitude and customer focus will enhance
their mission of adding value to their customers and manufacturers.
His most recent position was with A&C
Plastics, Inc. as a sales representative in the Houston
area. He will be based in The Woodlands, TX and will concentrate
on developing sales with key products and markets
in the region.
Thermwood, who has been producing CNC routers
longer than anyone else, is now celebrating its 50th
anniversary. It is also experiencing unprecedented growth.
Much of this growth is attributed to the success of its new
large-scale additive manufacturing systems. These systems
are transforming the company, resulting in structural management
changes and new advancement opportunities.
Thermwood announced the promotion of Jason
Susnjara to Executive Vice President. Susnjara has been
with Thermwood since 1995 and has held numerous positions,
most recently as Vice President of Marketing. He is
also on Thermwood’s board of directors.
Thermwood also announced the promotion of Brian
Smiddy to Vice President of Product Development. He has
been with Thermwood since 1995 and has managed the
engineering department over the past 17 years.
Thermwood also announced the promotion of Larry
Epplin to Vice President of Software Development. In this
new position, Epplin will manage the development of
Thermwood’s software product line, including integrating a
type of artificial intelligence into
Thermwood’s CNC control so that cabinet
makers can produce and almost
unlimited number of products without
needing a CNC programmer.
Additionally Thermwood announced
the promotion of Duane Marrett to
Vice President of Marketing. Duane’s
career at Thermwood began in 1998 in the engineering
department as a technical writer. He has held positions
with ever increasing responsibility in various marketing
functions.
Finally, Thermwood promoted John Fuquay to the
Manager of Engineering. In his new position Fuquay will
manage the engineering department, implementing new
product designs, maintaining the extensive engineering
database and providing engineering support to manufacturing.
Curbell Plastics, Inc. has announced several promotions.
Eddie Howe and Dallas McLaughlin have been
promoted to Regional Directors and Jinny Kcehowski has
been promoted to Associate Director of Training &
Development. Howe, a Curbell Plastics employee for over
20 years, will be responsible for sales and service teams
in Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Florida and Virginia. McLaughlin
has been promoted to Regional Director for Cincinnati,
Chicago, Detroit, and Cleveland, managing the sales and
service teams. Kcehowski has been promoted to Associate
Director of Training & Development for Curbell Plastics.
Curbell also announced the promotion of four sales veterans
to Business Managers. John Gregory, Stephen
Foster, Steven Pruitt, and Jennifer Wright will now lead
Curbell’s Houston, Tampa, Atlanta, and Pittsburgh
branches, respectively. Their responsibilities include managing
inside and outside sales personnel, sales budgeting
and execution, along with day-to-day administration of
their location.
