DISTRIBUTOR ACQUIRED
Interplastic Corporation announced its acquisition of Plastics Sales, Inc. With this acquisition, Interplastic further strengthens its position as one of the largest composites materials distributors in the United States. Plastic Sales distributes a full line of resins, gel coats, reinforcements and catalysts to customers in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama and Mississippi. Under the new agreement, Plastics Sales will be operated as a branch of Interplastic Distribution Group (IDG) which has distribution locations throughout the United States.
