LAMINATOR
Desert Laminator has released its new heavy duty hand crank applicator for applying films to a variety of substrates. Designated The Sidewinder, it comes in four configurations: 1) Simple; 2) Simple, with an unwind shaft to mount the roll of film; 3) Simple, but with air cylinders to provide the pressure on the nip roll; and 4) Loaded with both unwind shaft and air cylinders. Simple adjusting knobs apply the nip pressure to purge the bubbles and minimize the wrinkles. The roll widths come in a variety of lengths up to 62" wide. The Sidewinder is suitable for use in all industries including metals, glass, plastics, signs, and others where a protective film is applied to flat substrates.
