NEW UL-94 POLYCARBONATE SHEET
AtoHaas Americas announced availability of Tuffak® V polycarbonate sheet for critical flammability requirements. According to Tom DeMain, Market Manager, the sheet meets Underwriters Laboratories UL-94 ratings in vertical burn tests. "Our Tuffak V sheet also has higher relative thermal index (RTI) ratings than our Tuffak A and S polycarbonate sheet products," says DeMain. "The Tuffak A and S sheet now have the default RTI values," he explains. "Designers with critical RTI applications should select Tuffak V polycarbonate sheet." The sheet comes in standard product packaging with either film or paper masking. A strip label or inkjet printing on the packaging indicates the grade. Available sheet sizes include 4 ft., 5 ft., and 6 x 8 ft.
