DIAMOND WHETSTONE
Diamond Machining Technology, Inc.'s new Double Sided Diafold(r) offers two four-inch, diamond-coated surfaces of different grits for sharpening versatility. The sharpener is available in extra-fine/fine, fine/coarse, and coarse/extra-coarse. By using the coarser side first, then switching to the finer side, edges can be restored on cutting tools (often on the machine) with a minimum of down time. The whetstone needs only a few drops of water for lubrication and can be taken anywhere an edge needs to be honed. The whetstone can recondition and resharpen carbide, CBN, and PCD inserts.
