PRECISION PANEL SAW
Schelling has developed a precsion saw that is specfically designed for cutting plastic. The FLM offers a high level of quality and accuracy (+/-.004) that virtually eliminates subsequent machining of parts. Materials can also be stacked up to four inches high for increased production. Special features include a high precision guiding system, solid steel machine table with air floatation valves that reduce material scratching, reinforced side aligning fences, scissor clamps which automatically position heavy stacks of material, moveable front loading air tables which allow an operator to maneuver material, a frequency converter to regulate saw blade RPM, a third cross aligner behind the saw line for increased dimensional and angular accuracy and new "Space Cut" blade technology with patented tooth geometry that generates excellent cutting results.
