MULTI-PURPOSE EXHAUST ARM
The Q-Flex(tm) Exhaust Arm is a complete collection and exhaust system designed to remove polluted in-plant air generated during manufacturing and processing operations. The system features a pivoting hood and arm design that allows operators to position the unit exactly where needed without hindering vision or blocking light. The hood and ducting are supported by external arms and articulating joints that reduce maintenance costs and permit effortless movement of the arm. They can be pedestal or wall mounted, used individually or in multi-station applications and hard-ducted to overhead air filtration systems. The system is available in 10-foot and 14-foot lengths and in 5-, 6-, 7-, and 8-inch hose and hood diameters. Standard units include a heavy-duty, 8-inch diameter flame-retardant hose, multi-position fiberglass hood, and mounting brackets for floor or wall installation. Units are available with or without a motor and blower assembly which is capable of delivering air flow levels of up to 1100 CFM.
