VACUUM LIFTERS TILT, ROTATE AND MANIPULATE
A line of electric or pneumatic hoist-suspended vacuum lifters that let one person lift, tilt, rotate and manipulate parts, especially large plastic or fiberglass structures, without ropes, straps, hooks, and slings is available from Anver Corp.
Anver powered tilters and rotators feature lightweight, easy to maneuver frames which can be designed to accommodate virtually any structure or load and can be powered by electricity or air, with 100% continuous duty cycle vacuum gripping. Ideal for removing large plastic or fiberglass parts from molds, the vacuum cups can be selectively placed to minimize stress and eliminate potentially damaging ropes, straps, hooks and slings.
Available in fully powered and manual models or as a combination, Anver powered tilters and rotators are offered in 50 to 10,000 lbs. capacities. The frame and cross-beams can be customized and the vacuum cup placement, cup design, and material can be matched to user requirements. These hoist-suspended vacuum lifters let one operator perform the tasks of traditional manipulators faster and at a fraction of the cost, claims the manufacturer.
