HI SPEED ROUTER
Accu-Router, Inc. manufactures the Super Series III-C especially designed for high speed machining of panel products. This router incorporates several new design features; custom precision ground ball screws in the X and Y axes provide for a rapid positioning feedrate of 3,000 inches per minute; 2-1/2" thick aluminum jig plate table has been milled on the bottomside to remove 53% of its original weight to accommodate the high speeds. The quiet ultra high speed spindle is an integral part of the unit and has a liquid chilled 30,000 rpm spindle with four ceramic bearings on a precision shaft for optimal rigidity. It incorporates the patented roller assist holddown system, flotation balls for ease of panel movement and near continuous cutting, heavy duty perimeter pop-up stops, and a CNC control supplied with extra memory and a high speed machining option.
