Herrmann Ultrasonics exclusively builds Computer Numeric Controlled (CNC) DIALOG welding macines with built-in quality control systems. Available machines include the PS DIALOG, the HS DIALOG, and the MULTIHEAD DIALOG for various part sizes and materials. Systems are available in 20 and 35 kHz, from 1000 to 4000 watts. An exclusive proportional valve allows precise programming of weld and trigger force from 2 lbf to 600 lbf on the machines. The new Active Control Series provides programmable amplitude - minimizing the need for booster changes. The generators are self-tuning in a 1000 Hz range. The machines are the only welders that can detect good vs. bad welded parts. Secondary inspection is eliminated. The company publishes a variety of literature describing their equipment and applications.
