BRIGHT WHITE LIQUID PLASTIC
Smooth-On, Inc. announced Smooth-Cast 315 UV, a new liquid plastic compound that yields bright white castings that are highly resistant to ultra-violet light. SC 315 UV was developed in response to architectural ornament producer requests for a fast cast plastic that will not yellow when exposed to ultra-violet light. Ultra-violet resistance makes this product suitable for a variety of interior or exterior applications. Prototype model makers and sculptors also use it to protect the color integrity of their creations. Fully cured castings are durable, machinable, and waterproof. Pot life is 4 minutes and demold time is 15 minutes.
