DISTRIBUTOR STOCKING PROGRAM
HPG International, Inc. announced its new distributor stocking program of Versadur 570 natural and 590 black copolymer polypropylene sheet. The copolymer PP offers increased impact strength, up to 6 times greater than homopolymer PP and twice that of high-density polyethylene. It also delivers comparable temperature, stiffness and tensile strength properties and outperforms standard homopolymer products in low temperature impact. The materials have found great acceptance by fabricators of large, self supporting acid storage tanks and in areas of high traffic where standard PP may not be appropriate. The addition of black pigment to the black copolymer PP sheet increases the UV resistance of the finished product.
