Jorgenson Machinery Corporation now supplies KSM International, Inc. contact surface cleaning systems. These systems incorporate "tacky" roller technology to remove dust and debris from flat surfaces such as polycarbonate panels and film. The systems offer "clean room" type cleaning quality.
They are available as free standing units or can be integrated into production lines and are upgradeable and reconfigurable. They also include static removal systems as a standard part of the overall unit. The elastomer rollers provided are molded and last for 18 to 24 months before changing.
Jorgenson also supplies linear brushing systems which are used to remove dust and debris from panels after machining operations and stand-alone static and dust collection systems.
