ACRYLIC HINGE

Petro Extrusion Technologies, Inc. manufacturers of a variety of thermoplastic extruded profiles and tubing, now offers a stock acrylic hinge in two shapes. The patented Living Hinge provides clarity and unsurpassed flexibility over its long life span. The hinge is available in both a double channel design to accept 1/4" sheet, and a flat strip design with two surfaces for gluing.

Both designs are produced from impact modified acrylic with a thermoplastic elastomer for flex life well over 1 million flexes.

Available now from stock in 6 ft. lengths. The stock profiles are clear with a white membrane; custom color variations are available on a custom basis.
