UNIQUE "VALVE TECHNOLOGY"
Engineers and pipe system designers can now improve the overall performance of their piping system with the advanced "Valve Technology" found in all FIP thermoplastic valves.
FIP's valve design and manufacturing techniques have resulted in valves that incorporate unique features and enhance pipe system performance, while minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
For example, their VX ball valve has a 232 PSI rating up to 2", higher than most other valves. This gives engineers far greater flexibility in designing and maintaining systems where temperature and pressure impact the performance of a thermoplastic valve.
The VK ball valve features a unique retaining ring/carrier combination that permits tightening of the valve in-line. In case of a "blow by," the ring can be tightened and the valve left in the line until it can be replaced during the next scheduled shut down.
Other thermoplastic valve offerings include ball, butterfly, diaphragm, check, air release and solenoid.
