SHEET WELDERS

Simtech Industrial Products, Inc. introduced the SL 4000 CNC sheet welding machine. With the addition of this machine, they now offer sheet welders in 2 meter, 3 meter and 4 meter widths. These CNC controlled, hydraulically operated welding machines represent the latest advances in sheet welding. All three machines are designed to weld sheets with a thickness range from 5mm through 50mm. These machines can be cycled either manually or in a fully automatic mode. Key features include: more precise control of clamping and movement due to the hydraulic operation and automatic release of the clamping bars to allow fast and easy removal of the welded sheets.
