HORIZONTAL PANEL SAW
A new CNC panel saw for plastics that features a solid back table for cutting smaller pieces, along with optimizing software to create the best cut pattern, is being introduced by Hendrick.
The Patriot CNC Panel Saw features a 40" wide solid back table for cross-cutting small parts, an infinitely variable saw carriage, automatic side aligner for securely holding narrow pieces against the side squaring fence, and adjustable air-flotation front tables for easy panel handling. Equipped with a PC controller and windows-based optimizing software, all operations from cut planning to cutting can be simulated before starting.
Capable of cutting at speeds up to 150 FPM, with +/-.005" repeatability, the CNC panel saw is powered by a 15 HP continuous-duty main saw blade motor and 2 HP scoring blade motor. The material pusher is driven by AC servo and rack and pinion, grippers hold the panel securely, and the jaw opens for a 4" deep cut. The saw is suitable for wood and plastics and the controller is compatible with all third party optimization software.
