TABLE TOP THERMOFORMING

Construction plans are now available to build this small but powerful thermoforming machine. Ideal for packaging prototyping and short run production. This full powered (29 in. hg.) machine can form up to 1/4" thick plastic sheets with a 12 x 18 inch size and a 6" depth of draw.

An easy project to build with no machined parts. The construction plans include a 100-page assembly manual, 33 detailed drawings, two photo sheets and sources for all of the parts.

Need larger parts? Check out Proto-form construction plans. These "No Frills" commercial duty machines can be built in three sizes up to 2 x 4 ft. (sheet size) and feature an overhead oven with zones, a manual lift linkage and low volume platen.
