VACUUM FORMER

Schultz Forming Products manufactures vacuum formers in 4 sizes to meet a variety of needs. Used to apply sheet and film to almost any irregular shape, thicker materials such as ABS and Styrene sheets can also be heated and formed over molds to produce three dimensional structural shapes. Display signs, aircraft components and tote trays are just a few of the parts that can be formed.

The units feature quick heating quartz tubes, variable vacuum draw, reverse air pressure, large 5/1 ratio surge tank, fast rotary, lubricated vacuum pump, 10" drape height, automatic timing control, 30" Hg. vacuum gauges, and can be set-up for production or custom forming .
