ISO 9001 Certification
Röchling Engineered Plastics has received its official ISO 9001 Certification. The audit was conducted in late September and was passed on the first attempt. They are especially pleased with the fact that there were zero “non-conformities”.

Upon receiving the official ISO 9001 Certificate, Lew Carter, General Manager, addressed all of the employees at a small celebration and congratulated everyone on their teamwork.

Shelby Jarvis, Quality Manager/Process Engineer, was the management representative for the 6 month project and took on the responsibility of overseeing that all necessary procedures and policies were put into place and followed.

They are promoting the fact that they are “The first UHMW-PE, HDPE and Polypropylene stress-relieved products manufacturer in North America to become ISO 9001 Certified”. For their customers, they are assuring them that Röchling is strictly enforcing procedures for controlling the quality of design, development, production, installation and servicing of their Polystone® products.
