Diamond Grinding Wheels

Southeast Tool, Inc. is offering diamond 11v9 grinding cup wheels for facing and od grinding router bits and cutting tools.

The company has extensively tested and proven the quality of these grinding wheels. They have also taken into consideration that some companies grind dry (without coolant), and some do not, so they have formulated special bonds that work well with both grinding operations. These wheels are available in 180 grit for rough grinding and 400 grit for finish grinding. They have achieved 600 grit finish with their 400 grit wheels without the loading up. Also, the wheels have a 60° back angle to make it easier to grind in tight areas.
