Offered in both 12’ and 14’ models, the Galaxy 140 PLM has 5" cutting height capacity, THK guides for vertical and horizontal movement of the saw carriage, 30 horsepower main motor, saw carriage speeds of 492 feet per minute and pusher speeds of 295 feet per minute.

Standard features include non-proprietary Windows®-based Dell controller, blade cooling, automatic side alignment with THK guides to reduce vibration, provide tight tolerances and produce superior quality edges, two independent motors for main and scoring blades, AC Yaskawa brushless motors, quick change blade, rack and pinion variable speed saw carriage, magnetic strip for pusher positioning, on-screen diagnostic software constantly monitors all functions, practically eliminating down time, and an optimizer.
